Modular Consulting Services For those who are looking to target specific areas of their financial practice for efficiency consulting, we offer the modular services. You may choose any two of the four areas shown to focus on and we will provide consulting services related to those areas. Unlike the comprehensive consulting service which is an onsite consulting service, modular is offered as a faster, remote service alternative. we can and will provide a high level of consulting services tailored to fit your firm's specific needs in the areas you have chosen. Each of the four modules, Management, Technology, Process and Design approach the evaluation of that area with respect to the strategic and/or business plan of the firm. Once selected and paid for, there are three steps to complete a module: Step One: Fill out a questionnaire that we will send out to you and provide additional information as requested. Step Two: Phone and/or web-based conference call to follow-up on the information you have provided. We will ask specific follow-up questions to ensure we have all the information we need to complete the evaluation. Step Three: Evaluation report will be sent to you in either email (attached PDF file) or mailed version. we also do a follow-up call to go through the results of the evaluation and to assist you with the implementation.
