Step One - Practice (Business) Evaluation This in-depth analysis of your practice's (or business's) current condition is offered on a flat rate pricing based on a rate of $150 per hour estimated using your gross revenue for the preceding calendar year to determine the flat rate base:
Once the flat rate is determined, the evaluation services are closely monitored to ensure that all time spent in preparation of this report is accounted for. If the time-based rate falls below the estimated flat-rate quoted, then the final 1/2 of fee will be discounted to reflect the actual time spent working on your project. If the time spent exceeds the estimated flat rate quoted, then no additional fee will be added (You will only be responsible for the original estimated flat-rate fee quoted). This applies to all consulting services, including customized evaluations. (With customized evaluations, the base rate is a negotiated amount based on an estimate of the time that is required to complete the engagement) We ask that you pay 1/2 of the estimated flat-rate fee in advance with the remaining balance (either original amount or discounted amount) due upon completion of the report. A comprehensive project report with time sheets will be provided to you. You will be under no obligation to proceed beyond this point. If you choose to, we would then proceed to:
Step Two -
Solution Plan and
Implementation
This critical step is designed to provide you with detailed step-by-step instructions on what you need to do to fully implement the plan and transform your practice (business) into an efficient and profitable operation. This fee is dependant upon the extent of the work uncovered in the evaluation and to what extent you would like assistance in implementing it. Unless purchased as part of a package, we ask that you pay one-half of this fee in advance, with the balance due upon completion of the project. We also offer on-site assistance for implementing your solution plan. This is offered as follows:
If your practice is located within the State of Florida, travel will be based on Automobile gas, tolls, etc. If travel involves outside the State of Florida, 'best efforts' will be made to secure the lowest available rates for plane fare and lodging. Step Three -
Review and Monitoring
It is one thing to develop and implement efficient systems. It is quite another thing to keep them that way. We offer this third step as a tool to keep your practice or business operating at peak efficiency. Website Content Management can be purchase on a stand-alone basis for $250 per month, payable quarterly. Step Three is offered as a one-year (renewable) contract. The contract automatically renews for another year unless you state otherwise, in writing, at least 30 days prior to the end of your current contract period. The above fee can be paid via a discounted quarterly automated PayPal transaction or monthly.
Established Practice Package Fees
To provide a more continuous process, without delays, we offer a package price discount of $500 off the combined cost of your step one and two, should you wish to purchase all three steps at one time. To begin your three step process, please fill out the form in the Contact Us page with your current e-mail address. We will send out a twelve-page questionnaire with a list of documents and information needed to complete Step One. Please return this information to us in a provided envelope along with one-half of your Step One fee or one-half of your package fee.
